REFUND/RETURN POLICY

We have a 14 day return policy, all returns must be post dated prior to the 14 day mark. Custom orders are non refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return the new, unused and intact item for a full refund.

Where to start? Please contact us at goods.beandog@gmail.com with your order number, if the return is accepted you will be contacted with further instructions. Please place new, unused and intact items securely in its original packaging.

Once the package has been received, the items will be inspected and after the return is approved, we will quickly process your refund. It may take up 28 days for your return to be processed, we will notify you when the transaction is complete.

Shipping Policy

Shipping prices are subject to change at anytime without notice. Standing shipping rate per order is set at $5.00 for orders under $75.00, shipping is free for orders over $75.00. 

We are not responsible for any shipping errors/delays once your package has been scanned into the carriers system but we will try and help as much as possible.

Damages/Issues

Once you receive your order, inspect for any damages and for defective, damaged or incorrect orders please contact us at goods.beandog@gmail.com.

Additional Information:

We recommend using a tracking number when mailing a return. Items sent without notification first will not be accepted.
